The Vegetarian Guy prepares Japanese Imo Yams & Lemon Miso Sauce

Chef George Vutetakis prepares inspired vegan cuisine with organic Japanese Imo yams from Sage Mountian Farms at the Hillcrest farmers Market in San Diego.  Imo yams are considered super-foods and are credited with enhance the longevity of Okinawans where the yams are a staple food.  This recipe is inspired by Japanese Buddhist traditions and Macrobiotic healing techniques.
